With 4 stores and a team of over 65 people, the team at McCoppins had been using TimeTarget for more than 10 years before embarking on a digital transformation project with Humanforce.

Where does my data sit?
Your data is hosted on AWS cloud services located in Australia.
When do the automatic scheduled upgrades occur?
With Humanforce cloud, software updates automatically occur on a fortnightly basis outside business hours, so you never have to miss another product update again.
Can I continue to use my vein scanner?
Yes, you will still be able to use your vein scanner. With the move to the cloud, you can also take advantage of mobile clocking or face recognition, or a combination of both.
Will there be any changes to my payroll system?
There are no changes to your award and payroll configurations, and with the REST API you will be able to extend your capability by being able to connect and integrate data across a number of 3rd party solutions.
Is the app tracking my location?
No. It will only ever record your location when you clock in and clock out.
Will I be able to view who is in attendance at work?
You can view all your staff rosters and easily see who has clocked in and who is running late.
Does Humanforce have the ability to offer shifts to staff?
Yes, you will be able to get shifts filled quicker with an intelligent shift offer tool that you can access from the Humanforce mobile app.
Does Humanforce provide a way to communicate with my managers and staff?
Yes. Through chats and notifications, you can communicate and engage one-on-one with an employee, manager, a specific department, or all staff.
